The owner Dr Gallow brings  numerous academic qualifications, combined with vast professional experience and expertise in both the education and health industry.  She has studied with many national and international universities, and found that education needs to be altered to meet the needs of the individual, there is no one size fits all approach.  Hence, Cyber Minds ensures that all individuals trained with us do so at their own learning ability and pace. Dr Gallow holds a PHD, MBA, MPH, BMedSci, and is a Prince 2 Practioner. She also is a qualified trainer and assessor with SAQA, as well as a medical scientist in Clinical Pathology as well as a Natural Scientist. Additionally, she started up the holding company which is Acasia Advisory, which offer business consulting and other business training. She has worked at Wits Health Consortium as the COO, as well as the Director of Pearson Institute. She has vast business experience in the education sector and training. Additionally, she lectures and develops material for MANCOSA, as well as is an examiner for the MBA students at Rhodes University. Furthermore, she is a peer reviewer at various journals namely AOSIS Publishing.
